Oooo are you a fan of Kip as well anon? He's such a legend 😁

So the main thing about Kip he's so calm. He really isn't phased by anything. I know, I know, staying calm is the first rule in any emergency, but we've all panicked sometimes. I'm not sure anything panics Kip. It's well documented that he used to be very stressed, and then he started yoga and a specific plant based diet. I tried the diet once but I didn't stick to it very well!

He's also so athletic especially considering he's nearly as old as my Grandma. He says you've got to keep moving. I answered another ask saying I hope I can still rescue in ten years, but really I'm hoping for much longer than that and to be like Kip. I'd be so happy if people compared me to Kip 😁

The other thing he talks about is the need for hobbies and down time. You can't spend every day doing an intense job and not need something completely away from that. I like to create art or play the piano, but I found out Kip is a lego fan! He's built some fabulous models, some from the instructions and some freestyle. I might have to go and get some of the sane sets.

I'm such a big fan. Can you tell? It's all I can do to keep it together and not fall down a hole 💚
